Sometimes the pain from the past gets stuck in our bodies, minds, and hearts and cause anxiety, resentment, depression and overwhelm which can feel like dragging around a thousand pound weight. We offer a holistic and spiritual approach to mind, body and heart healing and wellness. Join us for a purposeful time of yoga that will lead to integration, healing and well being.

Discover the Enneagram: In this workshop, participants will learn the basic tenets of the Enneagram and begin to understand the 9 core personality types in an engaging, high-energy and interactive way. We will discover how to use the Enneagram as a map of the human character that shows us our implicit and explicit patterns of thinking and feeling, along with our core styles of relating and communicating. We will explore how to use this information for individual growth and transformation. This increased self-awareness will then be applied to increase communication and relational effectiveness in our personal and professional lives.
From Surviving to Thriving using the Enneagram: In this next level Enneagram workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of the Enneagram and how to transform their relationship with self, others and the world by this ancient and profoundly transformative tool.
Restart, Renew, Refocus: A Visioning Workshop We will discover how to set an intention and a 12 month vision for your personal and professional life and then create goals in a visual and tangible way. This workshop provides guidance and momentum to define and stay on course for achieving your future goals and dreams.
Write Yourself Well: In this workshop we will learn why your story is important and how it has shaped you and how it is still guiding you in ways you aren’t even aware of. Finding Peace in the Midst: Are you depleted and in need of renewal? Is the pace of your life running you ragged? If so, this mindfulness workshop is for you. We will learn strategies and practices that will help you put your burdens down, lower your stress levels and find peace in any situation.

In this workshop, you will learn what loving yourself and self-compassion really means and why is it so vitally important for living a whole, integrated life. We will uncover what is holding you back in your life, your career, and your family and how love can (and will) change everything.
Unleash Your Life’s Purpose: This workshop is dedicated to identifying your core values in life. Having a life purpose and vision serves as a guiding principle for decision making, planning and actions by providing your with a blueprint of what is most important to you. We will learn why it is vital for you to craft your own personal and professional life purpose statements and then we will guide you through the process.
The Gratitude Cure: Research has proven that gratitude can actually change the neuroscience in your brain and make you happier! Come and learn how to harness the power of gratitude and let the transformation begin.
Live, Love and Work Courageously: We were created for connection and belonging yet often times we don’t show up with our authentic self. People associate vulnerability with weakness, but research proves that it is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and powerful change. Based on the work of Brene Brown, we will learn what vulnerability is and how to harness it to increase your personal and professional power and effectiveness. Participants will discover new levels of awareness of self and others while deepening the capacity to show up authentically, take risks and connect more fully with yourself and others. Learn why this is and how to reclaim and then bring your authentic self to any situation, improving your life, your business and your relationships.
